Undergraduate Application Process

Undergraduate Applications

We are delighted that you are considering being part of the All Nations community. Applications normally take around six to eight weeks from initial submission to acceptance. This is only an estimate and each individual application may vary.

It is recommended that you leave as much time as possible between your application and the date when you hope to start at All Nations to ensure there will be no unnecessary delays in gaining admission.

Overseas applicants requiring a Student Visa for residential study must allow sufficient time to complete both the course application, followed by a separate visa application.

What’s the next step?

If you would like to visit us before applying, this can be arranged. We strongly recommend attending one of our Open Days (on campus or online). If this is not possible, individual visits can be organised depending on staff availability.

For further information please do not hesitate to email our admissions team or call them on +44 (0)1920 443500; they will be delighted to help you.

How to apply

Follow these six steps for a fuss-free application process:

  4. Gather and send the supporting documents you need to our BA course administrator at ba@allnations.ac.uk

More Information about Undergraduate Applications

Once we have received a full and satisfactory application, we will arrange an interview. This is normally takes place as an online Zoom conversation.  Occasionally this may take place by telephone. Interviews usually last an hour.

On receipt of a course offer from us, your acceptance email or letter together with the course deposit will secure your place, subject to you meeting any offer conditions.

When you have met any conditions and received our confirmation of a place letter, you will be contacted with pre commencement information approximately six weeks before the start of your course. This will provide you with weblink access to practical arrangements, enrolment and arrival forms, reading lists and other final preparations before coming to College.

For those requiring a Student Visa, our team will check that you have satisfactorily met the requirements for a Confirmation of Studies (CAS) document.   You may then apply for a Student Visa.

All Nations wants all of our applicants to have a positive experience in going through our application process. We make every endeavour to provide you with the information you require and support you to make an informed choice in regards to the best course for you. However, if you are dissatisfied with the handling of your application, you have the right to make either an informal and/or formal complaint. For further details see the College Complaints Policy. If you feel you have grounds for appealing against the decision to refuse you a place or feel the conditions imposed are unfair, you may request a formal review/appeal. For further details please see the College Academic Appeals Policy.
