Emailinfo@allnations.ac.ukAs part of our commitment to lifelong learning, mutual encouragement and strengthening ministries, we host regular communities of practice that connect graduates/alumni of All Nations and Redcliffe College. These online gatherings provide a space for alumni working in particular fields of ministry to gather, connect, and learn from one another with the aim of developing our practice as we participate together in God's mission. Communities of Practice can be described as:
Groups of people who share a concern or passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly (Wenger-Trayner).
Currently there are 3 CoPs connecting people working in the following ministry areas:
Member Care and Staff Wellbeing - This group is for those involved in the provision of care for cross-cultural workers, either on the field or as part of a sending organisation.
Arts and Mission - This group is for practitioners focused in the area of the arts and mission, and may be of interest to those working in the following areas: Arts in the church; Arts in the community; Arts in theological education.
Vulnerable Children - This group is for those working with or on behalf of vulnerable children or young people (also known as children-at-risk).
If you are a part of the alumni family of either All Nations or Redcliffe (or both!) and are involved in one of these ministry areas, we would love to encourage you to join one of these communities.
All you need to do is fill in the registration form (below), and we will connect you with the CoP leader and send you a link to the relevant CoP zoom call you want to join near to the time.
