Undergraduate Admissions Procedure

We are delighted that you are considering being part of the All Nations community. Application normally takes around six to eight weeks from application to acceptance. This of course is only an estimate and each individual application may vary.

Overseas applications may take slightly longer. For applicants requiring a visa, you must allow sufficient time to enable you to complete the visa application to process.

It is recommended that you leave as much time as possible between your application and the date when you hope to start at All Nations to ensure that any complication can be sorted out with plenty of time to spare.

What’s the next step?

If you would like to visit us before applying, this can be arranged. We strongly recommend applicants to come to one of our Enquirers’ Days. If this is not possible, individual visits can be organised depending on staff availability.
If you would like more information which is not available in either our prospectus, in the FAQ section or elsewhere in this website, please contact our admissions team. They will be delighted to talk to you.

When to apply?

We request that applications for a September entry should be received before the 31st May in the year that applicants wish to commence their studies. For visa students applications should be received by 31st March.

Later applications may be considered at the discretion of the Training and Recruitment Administrators in consultation with the Programme Leaders.

How to apply

We strongly advise you to look at our Admissions Policy before applying. This is full of useful information, not least the specific entry requirements for each programme of study.

You now have three options:
1.    Complete your application online (our preference) by following the link on the relevant course page. You can save the form at any stage in the process until you are ready to submit everything together.
2.    Click the download option on the relevant course page to print off a hard copy.
3.    Email enquiries@allnations.ac.uk if you need us to send you a paper copy.
Completed paper copies should be either returned to us by post to: BA Admissions, All Nations Christian College, Easneye, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 8LX, United Kingdom or scanned and emailed to: Sam Cooper
Whichever method you use, please make sure you include all the relevant supporting documents.

Application Fee

Applications will be processed on receipt of the application fee. Payments can be made using the Make a Payment page on the website or by direct bank transfer. Please contact fd@allnations.ac.uk for more information. Our fees can be viewed here.

Interview

Once we are satisfied that we have all the information we require, we will arrange an interview. This can be done in person at the college where you will also have an opportunity to meet current students (in term time) and have a tour around college. Alternatively we can arrange an interview via Zoom, Skype or by telephone.

Registration

On receipt of a course offer from us, your acceptance email or letter together with the course deposit will secure your place.

What happens next?

When you have secured your place, we will not expect to contact you again until about six weeks before the start of your course. This will be to give you the weblink to access all the information you will need to know before coming to College.

What do I do if I wish to complain?

All Nations wants all of our applicants to have a positive experience in going through our application process. We make every endeavour to provide you with the information you require and support you to make an informed choice in regards to the best course for you. However, if you are not satisfied about the handling of your application, you have the right to make either an informal and/or formal complaint or request a formal review/appeal. For further details please see the College Admissions Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedures.
