Emailinfo@allnations.ac.ukYou are warmly invited to join with us for EuroCAMM, our very first GCAMM Europe Consultation.
This consultation is an ‘invitation only’ event for those involved in, or exploring, the arts in missions in Europe. We have invited you to this event because you have already indicated an interest in this conversation or you have been recommended to us as an arts practitioner, advocate or trainer, and you may already be involved in evangelism, church planting, social and compassion ministries, translation/literacy work, ethno-arts, education or as a professional arts specialist seeking to further God’s mission through the arts. Whatever your involvement we would love you to join us for this special gathering of like-minded creatives who have a heart for Europe.
During the consultation our purpose is to provide a space to:
Worship multi-artistically and multiculturally.
Meet together to have intentional conversations, discern the current situation of Europe, and get an 'eagle’s eye' view on:
The missional needs of the peoples of Europe
How the arts connect with this mission
How we can support one another
Share missional arts, celebrating what already exists and take the time to network, create and consider opportunities to collaborate.
Seek God for the future to gain new insights, ideas and ways forward
Our guest speaker will be Jim Memory who will give us insight into the current landscape of Europe, highlighting some of the issues and challenges.
Jim is Director for International Partnerships of the European Christian Mission (ECM) and Co-Regional Director for the Lausanne Movement in Europe. He and his wife Christine were church planters in Spain from 1994-2008 before moving into mission leadership. For the last 10 years Jim has taught the postgraduate modules on European mission at Redcliffe College and currently at All Nations Christian College (UK). He is one of the founding editors of Vista, a research-based journal on crucial issues for mission in Europe, and is the author of Europe 2021, a recent report on the context for mission in Europe today. He is a regular speaker at conferences on mission in Europe. Jim and Christine have three adult children, Grace, Alex and Rosie, and they live between the UK and Spain. In his free time Jim enjoys astronomy and following his football team, Norwich City.
