The College is privileged to have a Council comprising of mission & business experts who help it operate effectively. Please find below short biographies of each council member at allnations.
Stanley Davies
In addition to being Chairman of the allnations Council, Stanley is Honorary President of Global Connections. He retired from being Executive Director of Global Connections in September 2004 after twenty one years of service with them. Previously Stanley had been Director of Mission Studies at Moorlands College for three years following fifteen years as a missionary with the Africa Inland Mission in Kenya. He is married to Margaret, a former nurse.
Richard Clark
Richard Clark is Vice-Chairman of the Council. He was a student at allnations 1969-71, a science teacher in Nepal with Interserve 1972 - 1986, and then an Area Director for Interserve internationally from 1986 - 1993. Since 1995 he has been National Director for Interserve in England and Wales and has been a Council member since 2001. Richard is married with four children and five grandchildren. He and his wife have recently moved to Milton Keynes as Interserve have relocated to that area.
David Bradley
David Bradley is General Director of Keswick Ministries, and formerly on the staff of London School of Theology. He is married to Liz, a teacher and lives in Northwood, NW London.
Kate Coleman
Revd Dr Kate Coleman is currently co-pastor of The Regeneration Centre, an innovative local church plant based on Cell Church principles in Birmingham, and former president of the Baptist Union (UK) 2006/7. With over 20 years of pastoral and leadership experience in the UK, Europe and Africa, Kate has gained a reputation as a visionary and an inspiration to many. She embodies the principles of consistency, honesty and integrity in her work. Kate became the first black woman Baptist minister in the UK and is passionately committed to making disciples and raising leaders.
Kate has mentored, supported and counselled hundreds of pastors, leaders and churches. She is a popular preacher, teacher, speaker, lecturer and strategic advisor to high-level events, committees, church councils, local communities and specialist groups. Her network extends across church denominations, cultural groups, generations, class and gender. A published author, media contributions include press, radio and TV.

Judy Hanson-Taylor
Judy worked with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students as an editorial assistant in UK (81-83), and then in Uruguay (84-87), and Argentina (90-94), in evangelism, mentoring, and leadership training. She is a 'double' former ANCC student, joining College first in 1987-89, and returning in 1995-6 to study for the MA.
Judy married Nigel in 1994, and they are based in North London, where Nigel is vicar of Christ Church, Barnet. They have two children, Nathan and Anna-Josie. Judy enjoys reading, films, and any sport involving rackets. She is a full-time Mum, a part-time speaker and writer, and a spare-time Badminton player.

Wanyeki Mahiaini
Born in Kenya, Wanyeki is married to Mary Mahiaini and they have 2 children. Before joining 'full time Christian service' with Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship in London as Staff worker in 1994, Wanyeki taught Psycholinguistics and Academic Communication skills in Egerton University in Kenya. He also worked in Human Resource Management for a short spell. He is now serving as Coordinator for Philip Project, a ministry of Friends International. Philip Project exists to raise Bible teachers among African professionals in UK Institutions and in a number of African countries where Philip Project Alumni have returned. His work in nurturing faithful Bible teachers regularly takes him to African Countries. Wanyeki is interested in role of mission agencies in Africa and serves on AIM International Council. He has written articles on 'globalisation and mission' and is a founder member of CLAMC (Consultation for Leaders of African Majority Churches)
Betsy Osborne
Betsy currently leads a team of 6 in HR for the UK offices of World Vision. Her responsibilities include all aspects of HR for just under 250 staff, including the International Programming team with broad global remits. She studied at allnations and completed the first year of the condensed degree course in Biblical & Cross Cultural studies Personnel Director at United Mission to Nepal (UMN) She has CIPD Membership and a BA Hons in Business Studies
David Parry
David is an external consultant to a number of UK universities and colleges advising on governance arrangements, academic standards and quality assurance. He has also acted as a consultant to the Asian Development Bank, the Commonwealth Secretariat and the World Bank. These activities have involved work for, and visits to, national higher education agencies and universities and colleges throughout the UK, Hong Kong, Ireland, Kenya, Lesotho, Malaysia, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago and Papua New Guinea, where he lived and worked for 12 years between 1972 and 1984, initially as lay missionary with the Council for World Mission. David is Vice-Chairman of The Leprosy Mission International and a Director of its trading company. He has been a trustee of a number of community and national charities and was Clerk to the Board of Governors of Southampton Solent University until December 2007. David has been an active member of Christ Church, Barnet for more than 20 years.
Paul Persson
Paul Persson, formerly of the Bank of England & Managing Director of multiple retailer Milwards Shoes Ltd, former Chairman of the Trustees of the Jubilee Centre, Cambridge and The Relationships Foundation, currently on the Council of Cre8ed that provides educational resources, based on the Judeo/Christian tradition, suitable for schools of all faiths and none.
Cathy Ross
Cathy comes from Aotearoa, New Zealand where she completed an MA in French and German from Auckland University before studying with her husband at allnations in the UK. They have spent time in Rwanda, Congo and Uganda as mission partners with NZCMS. From 1998 - 2005 she worked at the Bible College of New Zealand as the Director of its School of Global Mission. In June 2005, she moved to UK with her family to work with CMS. She manages the Crowther Centre for Mission Education at CMS and is the J V Taylor Fellow in Missiology based at Regent's Park College and Wycliffe Hall. She is married to Steve and they have three teenage children. She enjoys reading, walking, tennis, coffee, travel and watching the All Blacks.
Des Saunders
Des became a Gideon in 1976 and was Executive Director for the British Isles from 1999 to 2004. He had two periods totaling 4 months at Gideon Headquarters in Nashville during this time.
He has since returned to the law and is currently Head of Department responsible for property both residential and commercial as well as private client work at the Leicester office of a large East Midland firm.
Des is married to Jenny, and they have two adult children.

Roger Seaton
Roger is a chartered accountant who retired on 31 March 2008 from partnership with Griffin Stone, Moscop & Co. He was the audit compliance partner and was responsible, among other things, for the audit of some major Christian charities. Roger lives in Barnet with his wife, Liz, who is doing supply teaching until she retires in August 2008. Both daughters have 'flown the nest' but one lives in Huddersfield persuing an acting career.
Both Roger and Liz have worshipped at Christ Church Barnet for many years where Roger is church warden, financial co-ordinator and mission treasurer. Roger enjoys walking and the 196 miles of the Hertfordshire Way are one of his 'goals' in retirement.

Ray Turner
Raymond is a Chartered Accountant and formerly a partner in an International firm in London. He is the Chairman of London City Mission, and a Governor and Treasurer of a church school.
Raymond and his wife Joyce have travelled often, visiting their three children working abroad, one of whom is a Diplomat working in sensitive places.
Much of Raymond's time is spent evangelising amongst International students studying in the UK.
